• How to Start a Return

• You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Please call us at 423-559-0140 to initiate your return or to report any damage that occurred during shipping.
• Returns must be pre-authorized before being sent back.

Refunds

• Refunds are available for the purchase price of the product only..
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom items, final sale items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
